Hey there, I'm Storm, and yes, that is my real name! I'm a qualified Sound Therapist based in London.

My journey into the mystical world of spirituality began with the tender embrace of childhood, nurtured by parents deeply attuned to the spiritual realms. As I entered my twenties, the call of self-discovery led me to explore the captivating universe of sound.

Music has been my constant companion since childhood, and my fascination with its potential to nurture mind and body led me to pursue certification as a sound therapist through the esteemed Sound Energy Medicine Practitioners Association.

The Himalayan Singing Bowls, with their celestial resonance, became the heart and soul of my healing journey. These exquisite instruments, like ancient guardians, not only helped me overcome past traumas but also played a crucial role in my triumph over Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (Scroll to bottom of page to read). Since I earned my certification in January 2020, my life's melodies have been accompanied by a natural menstrual cycle – a testament to the profound healing powers of sound.

In addition to sound therapy, I've also trained with Dawn Bradley in Sekhem healing, which has deepened my connection with various energies and elements. This ancient Egyptian healing system has further enhanced my ability to facilitate profound transformations in those I work with, creating a holistic approach to wellness.

I invite you to experience the transformative magic of my sound. It's my heartfelt wish that those stepping into my sessions feel like entering not just my sanctuary but theirs too. Each session is a reflection of my personal triumph, infused with genuine passion and love, adding a touch of mysticism to the atmosphere.

I hope you can join me on this journey of healing, where the symphony of sounds becomes the catalyst for your refreshment, rejuvenation, and attunement to the sublime melody within.

Personal Healing Journey: Overcoming PCOS with Sound:

In September 2019, my menstrual cycle went MIA, sending me into a spiral of pregnancy tests and negative results. Cue worry mode: What could be seriously wrong? A blood test, courtesy of my GP, gave me the all-clear on pregnancy but left me with a puzzling question: What the heck was going on with my body?

Fast forward to November, and a scan revealed the mystery – PCOS and some unwelcome fluid in the womb. Another scan was on the horizon for January. As fate would have it, January also brought a two-day sound healing course – Saturday and Sunday. Guess what was lined up for Monday? Yup, you got it – another scan.

Amidst learning the art of sound healing during the course, myself and Gemma, a fellow learner, was practicing how to do sound massage with Himalayan Bowls. She strategically placed a bowl (my now master bowl) on my lower belly, right where my ovaries hung out, gave me this surreal sensation. It felt like an invisible masseuse had taken my eggs for a spa day – odd but strangely comforting.

Come Monday, the scan day. The radiologist, a lovely lady, urged me to look at the screen. Abstract shapes galore, I had no clue what I was staring at. She dropped the bombshell – no fluid in the womb, right ovary doing the ovulation dance, and the left ovary has some PCOS, but the kicker? "Looks like you're healing yourself," she casually mentioned. That same month, January 2020, my cycle made a grand return, and it's been rocking a natural rhythm ever since!

This rollercoaster is precisely why I'm head over heels for sounds and why I'm on a passionate journey with it. We've got this incredible ability to heal ourselves; all we need are the right tools. So, my friend, I dare you to give it a shot – discover your healing symphony
