Sound Medicine Level 1
Discover the healing power of sound with our Sound Medicine Level 1 course, designed for both beginners and those looking to deepen their understanding of sound therapy. This immersive two-day course will introduce you to the foundational techniques of sound healing using Himalayan sound bowls, among other instruments.

Group Learning – £250
Join a mixed group of up to six people to learn the fundamentals of sound healing in a supportive group setting. This option is perfect for individuals looking to connect with like-minded people while gaining hands-on experience. You can book using the "Book now" button below!
Private Learning – £350
For a more personalized experience, the private learning option provides one-on-one guidance tailored to your individual journey and goals in sound healing.

What you'll learn:
Day 1:
Explore the history of sound therapy across cultures, learn about the healing benefits of sound, and gain practical experience with one-to-one sound massage techniques. This day also covers essential contraindications and session preparation to ensure a safe and powerful experience for every client.

Day 2:
Delve into group sound bath techniques, explore the chakras and their corresponding frequencies, and learn how to incorporate Koshi chimes, tingshas and other equipment into your practice. The day concludes with steps to close down a space and tips for grounding after sessions.

CMA-Accredited Certification
On completion, you will receive a CMA-recognized certification in sound healing, allowing you to begin your practice with both confidence and professional credibility.
Comprehensive Course Manual
A detailed course manual covering all core concepts, techniques, and tools discussed in training, providing a valuable resource for future reference.
